1. Nature of Our Products
All products sold through Squat-Dip are digital goods.
These include downloadable files, performance systems, analytical toolkits, digital guides, templates, and structured frameworks.
No physical products are shipped.
Due to the nature of digital content, specific refund rules apply.
2. Digital Product Policy
Once a digital product has been:
- Purchased
- Downloaded
- Accessed
- Delivered via email
- Or made available in the customer account
It is considered consumed digital content.
Because digital products cannot be “returned” in a physical sense, all sales are generally final.
